Author of The Kite Runner supports decision to delay the film after concerns of actors' safety. Apparently the film (and the book) contains a homosexual rape scene which is pivotal to the action but the actors fear for their safety in their home country, Afghanistan.

Yikes.

Oo-err, must admit I didn't get that far, as I was soooo bored by the book - sorry (again)!!!
